  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice

4. Repeat Infringers

AlgoMindHub reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

5. Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe and will remove or disable access to infringing content as required by law.
